The prize draw is open to residents of Great Britain aged 18 or over.
Entries from businesses are permitted where the person entering is authorised to do so on behalf of that business.
Employees, contractors, agents or representatives of Container Hire Services Limited, their immediate families, and anyone professionally connected with the prize draw are not eligible to enter.
The Promoter reserves the right to request proof of identity, age, address, business authority, and eligibility before awarding the prize.
The Promoter reserves the right to verify social media usernames and eligibility before awarding the prize.
The prize draw opens at 00:01 on 1st July 2026.
The prize draw closes at 23:59 on 31st July 2026.

Only one entry per person or business is permitted unless otherwise stated. Duplicate entries will not be counted.
No purchase is required to enter. Entry is free.
Incomplete, duplicate, automated, false, fraudulent or otherwise invalid entries will be disqualified.
Entry into this prize draw is conditional upon agreeing to receive marketing communications from Container Hire Services Ltd about containers, self-storage, site accommodation, welfare units and related products and services.
By entering the prize draw, entrants agree that Container Hire Services Ltd may contact them using the email address and telephone number provided for marketing purposes.
Entrants may unsubscribe from marketing communications at any time by using the unsubscribe link included in emails or by contacting info@chs-container.co.uk. Unsubscribing will not affect the validity of an entry already submitted.

The prize is:
One 20ft shipping container, as shown in the promotional photographs and described as “one second-hand 20ft standard shipping container, wind and watertight, repainted externally in Gentian Blue RAL5010. Unit Number WCAU2119821.”
The prize includes free HIAB delivery to one address within 25 road miles of our depot at G21 2DU, subject to the delivery conditions set out below.
The prize is non-transferable, non-exchangeable and no cash alternative is available.
The prize is awarded on an “as seen” basis, based on the photographs and description used in the promotion. Minor cosmetic differences, marks, dents, scratches, rust, repairs or signs of previous use may be present where the container is described as used or refurbished.
The container is supplied for storage purposes only and is not certified for habitation, accommodation, transport, lifting, or any specialist use unless independently modified and certified by the winner.
No warranty or guarantee is provided with the prize container.

Delivery is subject to safe, legal and practical access for the delivery vehicle and equipment. The winner is responsible for ensuring that the delivery address has suitable access, ground conditions, space, permissions and any required consents for delivery and placement of the container.
The Promoter may refuse or rearrange delivery if, in its reasonable opinion, delivery cannot be completed safely or legally.
Where the winner is outside the free delivery radius, or where specialist delivery arrangements are required, the Promoter may offer the winner the option to pay any additional delivery costs. The winner is under no obligation to accept those additional costs.
If delivery cannot reasonably be completed and no alternative arrangement is agreed, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner.
The Promoter is not responsible for any costs associated with preparing the delivery site, including but not limited to groundworks, foundations, craneage, permits, road closures, access arrangements, landlord consent, planning permission, or removal of obstructions.
The winner may be required to provide photographs of the proposed delivery location before delivery is arranged.
The winner must make reasonable arrangements to accept delivery of the container, or arrange collection, within 14 days of being notified that they have won, unless otherwise agreed by the Promoter in writing.
If the winner does not make reasonable arrangements within this period, the Promoter reserves the right to withdraw the prize and select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
The winner will be selected at random from all valid eligible entries received before the closing date.
The random draw is expected to take place on Monday 3rd August 2026, or as soon as reasonably practicable thereafter.
The draw will be carried out by an independent person.
The winner will be contacted by email and/or telephone using the contact details provided on the entry form within 5 working days of the draw.
The winner must respond within 5 working days of being notified.
If the winner does not respond within that time, is found to be ineligible, cannot accept the prize, or cannot agree suitable delivery arrangements, the Promoter reserves the right to select an alternative winner from the remaining valid entries.
The Promoter may ask the winner to participate in reasonable publicity relating to the prize draw, including use of their name, general location, business name, photographs or comments.
Participation in publicity is not compulsory and will be subject to the winner’s consent.
The Promoter may publish or make available the winner’s surname and county/general location where required to demonstrate that a valid award took place, unless the winner objects for legitimate reasons.
Personal data provided by entrants will be used to administer the prize draw, contact the winner, verify eligibility, arrange delivery of the prize, and comply with legal or regulatory obligations.

Prize draw entry data will be retained for 6 months after the closing date, unless a longer period is required for legal, accounting, regulatory or dispute-resolution purposes. Marketing data will be retained in accordance with the Promoter’s Privacy Policy and until consent is withdrawn or the data is no longer required.
So far as permitted by law, the Promoter will not be responsible for any loss, damage, injury or disappointment suffered by any entrant as a result of entering the prize draw or accepting the prize.
Nothing in these Terms & Conditions excludes or limits liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation, or any other liability that cannot legally be excluded.
The winner accepts responsibility for the container once it has been delivered, including any ongoing maintenance, insurance, site suitability, legal compliance, permits or permissions relating to its use or placement.
The Promoter reserves the right to disqualify any entrant who breaches these Terms & Conditions, provides false information, abuses the entry process, or acts fraudulently or dishonestly.
The Promoter reserves the right to cancel, suspend, amend or withdraw the prize draw where necessary due to events outside its reasonable control, provided this does not unfairly disadvantage entrants.
The Promoter’s decision regarding any aspect of the prize draw is final and binding. No correspondence will be entered into, except where required by law.
These Terms & Conditions are governed by the laws of Scotland, and entrants submit to the jurisdiction of the courts of Scotland.
Where the prize draw is promoted on Facebook, Instagram, LinkedIn, TikTok, X or any other social media platform, the promotion is not sponsored, endorsed, administered by, or associated with that platform.
Entrants release the relevant social media platform from any liability connected with the prize draw.
